Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Telecommunications System Administrator to support and manage enterprise telecom and mobile environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while delivering excellent service to our SiteOne customers. Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 40% travel, including travel throughout the United States and Canada. What you’ll do:Manage Mobile Device Provisioning:Provide mobile device support including provisioning, troubleshooting and lifecycle management with multiple service providers. This includes maintaining an inventory of devices for deployment and processing equipment returns.TEM Responsibilities: Provide support for all Telecom and Networking voice and data services including invoice onboarding and financial analysis.Support enterprise communication platforms: This includes Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, 8x8 branch phones and 8x8 Contact CenterIT Service Desk Support: Monitor and promptly respond to Service Desk inquiries posted in the Telecom Service Desk Chat. Handling of ServiceNow incidents and tasks assigned to the Telecom queue ensuring timely resolution.Build Relationships: Fostering communication and coordinating with internal and external teams for technical support and system upgrades.Share Knowledge: Create clear and concise documentation including processes and procedures for Telecom Team, creation of knowledgebase articles and training materials for our customers and Acquisitions Team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience TEM expertise requiredWork independently to prioritize and manage tasks effectively and accurately5 years Webex Calling & Contact Center administration experience5 years PBX experience required focused on 8x8 Administration & Contact Center5 years of technical support experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledge - Pulling reports from multiple data sources to create consolidated reporting using vlookups and creating pivot tables to highlight summarized data reportingExcellent customer service skills and a positive attitudeMobile Device Management experience (ex.
