Telecom Routing and Call Deliverability Consultant for a Ringless Voicemail company
We are one of the largest ringless voicemail companies in the industry, sending over 30M calls a month for thousands of clients. We are looking for an experienced call deliverability consultant who specializes in telecom deliverability, carrier optimization and callback improvement. The goal is to increase the percentage of delivered RVMs, reduce carrier blocks and improve overall campaign performance. You should understand how carriers filter traffic, how to route traffic for better success rates and how to diagnose deliverability issues across large volumes.Requirements - Proven experience with call deliverability, carrier routing or voicemail drop platforms - Strong understanding of telecom filtering, DNC, caller ID strategies, STIR or SHAKEN and traffic patterns - Familiar with high-volume outbound voice systems - Ability to diagnose deliverability issues quickly and explain solutions clearly - Experience with RVM specifically is a big advantage What to Include inYour Proposal - Brief summary of your experience with call deliverability or carrier routing - Examples of systems you worked on (RVM, dialers, SIP, routing, compliance) - Expected hourly rate or retainer model - A short explanation of how you typically diagnose and improve deliverability Apply tot his job
