What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules
Manage, process, and review all financial project activity ensuring compliance with procurement policies
Maintain project trackers and assist with data collection and validation in various systems
Act as the primary point of contact for project status communication with the project team
Prepare project reports and collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
Previous experience with AT&T is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable
Ability to quickly learn department functions and existing processes independently
