Claims Adjuster - Centralized
About the position As a centralized claims adjuster, you will assist customers in resolving auto claims involving up to two vehicles primarily over the phone. This role focuses on accurately documenting claims details, interviewing involved parties, making coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with peers to ensure consistency in accident details. You will receive ongoing coaching and development to support customers during stressful situations, all while working remotely from Louisiana.
