Telephone Operator

• *Role Responsibilities**
• Design questions and train AI models using deep domain knowledge as a Telephone Operator.
• Evaluate signal lights on switchboards and make connections by dialing or pressing buttons.
• Operate telephone switchboards for local, long distance, and emergency calls.
• Update directory information and perform clerical duties such as typing and sorting mail.
• Provide special assistance for emergency situations and customers with special billing requests.
• Monitor automated systems for collect calls and assist callers as needed.
• *Qualifications**
• *Must-Have**
• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Telephone Operator.
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Strong writing skills and comfort with various computer applications and platforms.
• *Compensation & Legal**
• Hourly contractor
