About the job:
Key responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services over the phone, engaging with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script. Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record and update customer information in the database
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect. Overcome objections and address customer concerns effectively
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move... them through the sales funnel. Provide additional information and answer questions as needed
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Gather feedback and insights to improve future sales approaches
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and sales activities
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Persuasive and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads
5. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Requirements:
1. High school diploma; additional education or training in sales is a plus
2. Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM tools
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
