Job Summary:The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients via phone to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from lists provided or sourced independently.Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for product or service improvement.3.
