What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, lead, and implement parenting, educational, and recreational activities for program participants
- Build positive relationships with each participant and their children
- Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures to ensure youth rights and appropriate discipline
- Actively engage with participants to foster positive development
- Complete documentation in accordance with state licensing and funding requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the human services or child welfare field
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
- Experience with computer software and Trauma Informed Care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
