Responsibilities: Analyze complex business and technology problems and develop innovative solutions. Identify and troubleshoot issues in existing systems and processes. Develop new technical and business processes to optimize efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Lead projects and initiatives to ensure successful completion. Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and advancements. Develop and document technical specifications and requirements. Identify and manage risks associated with new projects. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementations. Monitor performance of systems and processes and recommend improvements.
