You will assist with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care. You will also collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. **Day in the Life** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician – Customer Service/Data Entry, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify a solution * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws * Providing exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and care to our customers.
