Position: Technology Account Executive
Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote)
Pay: $95,000/year + plus uncapped commission
Experience: Previous experience in a technology "hunting" sales position, including prospecting for new business required; previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus!

Job Description:
Ā Conduct a high volume of selling of company products and services
Ā Strategically allocate your time to activities that will best accomplish set goals
Ā Conduct effective discovery meetings that uncover pain points as aligned with products and services
Ā Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
Ā Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or other similar database
Ā Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value
Ā Forecast closed deals (sales, recruiting, etc.)
Ā Educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
Position Requirements:
Ā Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
Ā Documented success selling to technology leaders
Ā Ability to build relationships and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously
Ā Conduct sound business decisions analytically in a fast-paced environment
Ā Excellent follow-through skills and time management
Ā Able to work independently and in a team environment
Ā Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
Ā Ability to take feedback from managers and peers as a learning experience
