Technical Writer Quantum Computing (Remote)

We are looking for a Technical Writer for a leading quantum computing company. This role will focus on the development and editing of documentation for a set of developer software/tools the company is launching. This is a great opportunity to work at the leading edge of exciting technology and with a world-class technical team.

This is a 3 month contract (extensions likely), 40 hour/week role. This is a remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical documentation owners/product developers.
• Create initial documentation for first-generation software products
• Revise the existing documentation for tone-of-voice and completeness
• Help transfer existing documentation to the MkDocs/Material platform

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in technical writing for developer tools at enterprise software/SaaS companies
• Experience with Material by Mkdocs, or similar documentation platforms
• Experience working with technical subject matter experts to develop very technical documentation to be used by engineers
• (Preferred) Experience working with Quantum computing companies such as IBM, Google, Microsoft, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree.
