As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and driving the success of our innovative payment solutions.

Job Summary: We're expanding our client support to a 24/7 format and seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work the night shift (00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3). As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to clients integrating with our platform, perform quality control and testing, maintain integration FAQs, and assist in the development of integration documentation.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients during the integration process
Conduct quality control and testing of integrations
Maintain and update integration FAQs
Support system operations and troubleshoot issues using logs
Assist in the development of integration documentation
Requirements:
Specialized technical education or relevant experience
Knowledge of HTTP, client-server architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems using logs
Proficiency in Russian and English languages (B2 level or higher)
Familiarity with Postman, Kibana, Azure, and Microsoft .NET (advantageous)
