We need a Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist who’s passionate about the technical side of marketing, loves working with data, and can build the automation backbone that powers our marketing machine.The role’s mission is to bolster our marketing analytics and operations capacity, as the team’s need for such responsibilities has been growing. If successful, this role would have served as the company’s support to the marketing team’s growth initiatives, which had been instrumental in Magic’s growth.The Impact you’ll makeMarketing Automation Mastery
Build, deploy, and maintain automated marketing campaigns and lead workflows using HubSpot like a pro
Manage CRM data hygiene and integrations to ensure smooth lead flow and customer journey tracking that converts
Harness the power of Zapier to create seamless automation workflows and data synchronization between HubSpot and other tools
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute automation strategies that drive real business results
Web Analytics Excellence
Implement and maintain website and campaign tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with precision
Master URL parameters (UTM tagging) to ensure accurate campaign attribution and crystal-clear data capture
Leverage Clearbit enrichment to supercharge lead profile accuracy and segmentation
Troubleshoot and resolve tracking and tagging issues faster than you can say “conversion rate optimization.”
Reporting & Insights Support
Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Looker Studio that make data beautiful and actionable
Provide rock-solid technical and data support to marketing specialists and managers who lead strategic insights
Ensure clean, reliable data flows so the team can confidently make decisions that drive growth
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the ultimate execution partner between marketing, sales, and data teams
Support project management and communications for marketing automation and analytics tasks with lightning speed
Communicate progress and tackle roadblocks head-on with clear, solution-focused updates
Maintain 99%+ data accuracy across all tracking and automation systems
Deliver seamless campaign setups and automation workflows that support the marketing team’s ambitious growth targets
Become the go-to technical expert who enables marketing specialists and managers to generate game-changing insights
Execute projects with incredible speed and efficiency, never letting technical roadblocks slow down our marketing momentum
Build automation systems so reliable that campaigns run like clockwork, freeing up the team to focus on strategy and growth
Required ExeperienceWhat We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves!)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields
2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics with these powerhouse tools:
HubSpot mastery (this is your bread and butter!)
Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expertise
Zapier automation wizardry
Strong technical execution skills with a focus on implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Analytical mindset with laser focus on data quality and integrity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills that make cross-team work seamless
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 16 GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
