Technical Support Engineering - Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization at Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to build trust and confidence by delivering a seamless support experience. This role involves resolving customer technical issues quickly, preventing future problems, and demonstrating how to achieve more from Microsoft investments. The team is focused on Security, Compliance, Identity and Management (SCIM). This is a flexible role with up to 100% remote work availability.
