Responsibilities
• Responding to and resolving support issues from a global mission critical customer base, specializing in NonStop systems technologies and solutions.

• Developing strategies and procedures to improve performance of customer environments.

• Performing root cause analysis and providing post incident reports.

Requirements
• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in languages to be supported.

• Troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
