As a Technical Sourcer on the RD Mid-Platform TA team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions, deeply understanding their technical requirements to build targeted talent maps and refine search strategies Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent, with a focus on Front-end, Back-end, Infrastructure, and Security engineering Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical forums, etc.) Collaborate with the wider recruiting team to refine sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and share best practices Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a seamless transition to the recruiter Track and analyze sourcing metrics and market data to provide insights, optimize strategies, and consult with hiring teams on the talent landscape Skills 1+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating strong prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
