Job Title:HRBP–People & Culture(Engagement & L&D Focus) Location: Remote (India) Experience: 5–8+ years Education: Master’s in Human Resources (preferred) Reporting to: Global Head of HR Hourly: 500/Hr (indicative; open to adjustment for exceptional candidates) Role Summary We are looking for high-ownership of people and culture with exceptional communication skills to fully own employee engagement initiatives and support the Global Head of HR on people and culture programs. This role is execution-focused, requires strong International exposure, and involves close coordination with other organizational stakeholders . Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Engagement Ownership (CORE) Take full ownership of company-wide employee engagement strategy and execution Independently design, launch, and manage engagement programs aligned with leadership goals Own and manage the Rewards & Recognition (R&R) program and platform end-to-end (Bonusly) Continuously introduce new engagement initiatives based on leadership guidance and employee insights Drive employee experience improvements through structured feedback loops (pulse surveys, townhalls, etc.) 2. Learning & Development (Execution + Tracking)- Cousera Own end-to-end L&D lifecycle execution (planning, rollout, tracking, reporting) Manage and track learning tools/platforms and ensure high adoption Build structured reporting on learning effectiveness, participation, and outcomes Partner with leadership to align L&D initiatives with business and performance goals 3. HRBP & Leadership Support Act as a core execution partner to Global Head of HR and leadership team Translate leadership vision into actionable people programs Support leadership with data-backed insights, dashboards, and engagement reports Drive Success Metrics tracking (Success Matrix) for all people initiatives 4. HR Operations, Compliance & Systems Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and audit readiness (India + exposure to US/Canada is a plus) Maintain high data accuracy, confidentiality, and HR system hygiene Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting frameworks Drive process automation and efficiency across HR operations Work with HRIS tools (BambooHR preferred), Google Suite, MS Office 5. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across India, US, and Canada Support and coordinate global engagement and HR initiatives Be available to work in late evening IST hours to align with global teams Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in employee engagement / people & culture / HRBP roles Proven experience in: Owning engagement programs end-to-end Managing Rewards & Recognition frameworks Executing and tracking L&D programs Strong exposure to HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management Excellent communication skills (non-negotiable – 10/10) High ownership mindset - ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills - ability to build dashboards, reports, and insights Experience working with global teams (US/Canada) is a strong plus Comfortable working in late evening IST hours Why Work With Us?
