Technical Recruiter Needed to Review & Edit Two Resumes (Product/Project Management Focus)
We're seeking an experienced technical recruiter with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of the product management and project management hiring landscape.
This job involves:
✅ Reviewing two resumes from seasoned professionals in the product/project management field.
✅ Providing constructive feedback on structure, content, clarity, and keyword optimization.
✅ Editing and rewriting both resumes to align with current hiring trends, emphasize achievements, and appeal to tech companies, startups, FAANG and enterprise-level recruiters.
✅ Tailoring the content to highlight leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical fluency, especially within Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal candidate:
Has proven recruiting experience in the tech industry (especially product/project roles).
Understands how to position candidates for both individual contributor and leadership roles.
Is up-to-date on resume best practices, ATS optimization, and industry-specific language.
Can deliver polished, professional, and tailored resumes with a fast turnaround.
