Most of this role is ownership and ideation/idea origination. What we really care about is that you have have mastered growth in at least one channel **that you can speak to. You will have a lot of support from the rest of the team - product, marketing, eng to make your ideas happen. LinkedIn & founder brandTurn our founders into must-follow voices. Youâll ghostwrite, publish, and amplify posts that are spicy, smart, and strategically relevant (no bland fluff). IRL eventsCoordinate and originate dinners, meetups, sponsor days, and custom in-person activations. Youâve done this before and know how to make a room buzz. Virtual eventsPanels, webinars, meetups â youâll help us produce high-signal online moments that scale community and thought leadership. Growth experimentsFrom mailing custom gifts to top prospects, to surprise-and-delight PLG loops, youâll test unorthodox plays. Youâre allergic to boring. ď¸ PodcastsYouâll get us (and our users) on X podcasts in Y months. Youâll own the relationship with our agency partners and pitch angles that stand out. Influencer campaignsYou understand how B2B influencer marketing works. Think YouTube drops or Twitter loops. Media & physical adsYouâll help us explore big, bold brand plays â from YouTube pre-rolls to Times Square billboards. Mini-product & tool-led growthThis is big: weâre investing in small viral tools that drive massive word-of-mouth. Youâll help us concept, spec, and launch these channels.
