Technical Recruiter (Remote)About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our technical teams by owning the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end. This is more than a hiring roleyoull be a strategic talent partner, helping us attract and engage top engineers, data scientists, and AI talent who will shape the future of our organization.

Youll work closely with hiring managers in a fastpaced startup environment, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, deep technical understanding, and relationshipdriven recruiting. In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, this role will provide backup support for core HR functions, contributing to the overall success of the People team.

What Youll DoRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, technical requirements, and role expectations.
• Own the fullcycle recruiting process, from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source and attract top technical talent through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for highpriority technical roles, including engineers and data scientists.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR, ensuring a positive close experience.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive technical talent markets.
• Build longterm relationships with candidates to support future hiring needs.

HR Support
• Provide backup support for core HR functions during team absences.
• Assist with maintaining confidentiality and compliance across HR and recruiting activities.

Required Qualifications (MustHaves)
• 3+ years of fullcycle technical recruiting experience, supporting roles such as engineers, data scientists, and AI professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology, including programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Handson experience using sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality in HR and recruiting matters.

Preferred Qualifications (NicetoHaves)
• Experience recruiting in the following domains:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Data Engineering
• Familiarity with HR processes and basic labor law concepts.
• Experience recruiting in a startup or highgrowth environment.

Education
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
