Internal Audit Manager up to $150k + 15% Annual Bonus A global leasing firm specializing in Boston is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their Internal Audit team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a nice work-life balance setup. It offers $150,000/year and 15% bonus. It is 3 days remote and 2 days in office. Responsibilities: • Lead and engage in audits focused on risk and special initiatives • Evaluate business unit operations and financial performance • Deliver audit results to Executive Management and Audit Committees • Foster strong relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders • Provide guidance on business strategies and risk management Qualifications: • CPA, CIA, or CFA preferred • 7+ years of external/internal audit or consulting experience • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Excellent communication and writing skills There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
