Essential skills - Professional experience (5+ years) in a Technical Program Coordinator role or similar- Experience in coordinating technical programs/projects in multi-team and distributed environments- Strong cross-team coordination skills, dependency management, and deliverable alignment- Excellent communication with stakeholders, translating technical topics into business terms- Technical knowledge in data engineering/platform + experience in release management and structured reporting- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
