Position Overview – Technical Lead Manager (Remote)
We are searching for a dynamic, client‑facing Technical Lead Manager to steer the delivery of high‑impact knowledge to our customers’ security and operational environments. In this role you will be the conduit between complex cyber‑threat data, our elite security operations teams, and the business leaders who depend on clear, actionable insight. Key Responsibilities

Client Knowledge Delivery: Translate sophisticated cyber‑threat intelligence (CTI) into concise, executive‑level briefings, actionable recommendations, and detailed incident reports for diverse stakeholder groups.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a multidisciplinary team of digital security analysts, threat intel specialists, and data‑operations engineers, fostering professional growth and high‑performance collaboration.
Strategic CTI Development: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CTI processes across detection, prevention, response, and recovery domains.
Cross‑Functional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical staff, senior leadership, and external partners, ensuring alignment on security posture and risk mitigation strategies.
Incident Response Integration: Incorporate raw sensor data, threat feeds, and investigative findings into comprehensive incident response playbooks and real‑time operational dashboards.
Thought Leadership: Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, influencing decision‑making at the executive level.
Process Innovation: Identify ambiguous or emerging security challenges, develop systematic approaches, and evangelize best practices across the organization.
Compliance & Clearance Management: Maintain active US Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, ensuring all work adheres to the highest security standards.


Essential Qualifications (Must‑Have)

Demonstrated experience delivering threat intelligence in a client‑facing environment.
Hands‑on expertise with CTI processes and tools within at least one functional area: Detect, Protect, Respond, or Recover. Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate with senior leaders and technical audiences alike.
Active US Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph requirement.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)

Deep experience applying strategic (advanced) CTI in operational settings that support detection, analysis, and response capabilities.
Track record of mentoring junior CTI analysts and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
