Technical Interviewer

We are on the lookout for a Technical Interviewer with hands-on experience in technology delivery and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support operations, and broader technical functions. This role is key to evaluating candidates based on real-world scenarios, technical depth, and role-specific competencies. You will also play a part in shaping interview criteria and ensuring consistency in technical evaluation across Dijital Team. ResponsibilitiesConduct technical interviews for candidates across a variety of technical roles, starting with infrastructure support and expanding into other areas as needed (e.g., cloud, Systems Admin, Support Operations (L1–L3), and Network Engineers).Review and research job descriptions in advance to tailor interview content.Evaluate candidate capabilities across areas such as:System administration troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft 365 security, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams etc.)Networking and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)Ticketing tools and ITIL processesCloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS)DevOps or scripting knowledge, where applicableProvide detailed and structured feedback to the Talent Acquisition and broader internal team on various candidates.Identify skill gaps or misalignments in candidate pipelines and provide insights to the Talent team for better targeting.Research and upskill as needed to confidently evaluate new or unfamiliar technical roles.Provide insights to continuously improve the technical evaluation process and support the scalability of interview operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve interview frameworks and scoring systems.To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical roles such as Infrastructure Support, Systems Engineering, Networking.Recognized certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, AWS/Azure, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications).Strong interviewing, mentoring, or hiring experience.Ability to understand diverse technical requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Experience working with or hiring remote/distributed teams.By applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
