Ā Understanding of current and emerging practices in the AEC industry to support customers, whether they are new or experienced with BIM project delivery.
Ā Deep knowledge of the customer onboarding process, and what it takes for an individual to go from novice to subject matter expert.
Ā Skill in training and teaching, including both live instruction and developing materials for on-demand learning.

As a Technical Consultant, we want you to:
Ā Guide new ALLPLAN customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use.
Ā Develop and maintain learning content to support new and existing customers.
Ā Leverage your knowledge with CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements.
Ā Develop customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery.
