Technical Business Analyst ERP & eCommerce Location: Full Remote (must work EST hours) Overview We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in ERP eCommerce integrations, business requirements, and cross-functional delivery. This role partners closely with business teams, IT, and external developers to translate needs into technical solutions, improve processes, and support end-to-end project execution in a fast-paced environment. What You ll Do: • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specs. • Lead analysis of ERP eCommerce workflows (order-to-cash, product data, pricing, inventory, fulfillment). • Support troubleshooting of integration issues (APIs, middleware, data flows). • Conduct fit/gap analysis and propose effective solutions. • Create documentation: requirements, process flows, data mapping, UAT scripts. • Lead UAT planning and execution across multiple systems. • Coordinate with product, IT, marketing, and external partners on implementations. • Support project timelines, communication, and change management activities. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance. What We re Looking For • 7 10+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical BA. • Required: Recent hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). • Strong understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business workflows. • Experience with ERP eCommerce integrations and system troubleshooting. • Ability to read SQL and understand system architecture basics. • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows). • Experience running UAT and supporting multi-system testing. • Comfortable working in Agile environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Nice to Have: • Experience with integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Celigo). • Knowledge of data architecture, ETL, or data governance. • Experience in retail, DTC, or high-volume eCommerce operations.
