You will lead a team of developers to provide the best-in-class MuleSoft implementation solutions.ResponsibilitiesYou will execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and start on your journey to internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approachesYou should have MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp-on technology and implementation methodologies knowledgeShould develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchangeBe a mentor and provide guidance to junior Services team members and help to build out our services organizationContinue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycleEvangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skillsYou should have prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and ProxiesYou should also be experienced in handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and SalesforceMuleSoft API development experience on Anypoint platform, building complex flows with Anypoint studio, complex data weave transformation, experience with different connectors like Salesforce, DB, error handling, experience with Munit, API design, development, and tuningRequirement5 to 10 years experience leading integration teams and architecting solutionsPreferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacityShould have experience with various MuleSoft connectors for e.g SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite, File, Database etc.Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurationDemonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teamsDemonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutionsMuleSoft Platform Development/Architecture - Participate in creation of technical stories to support functional user storiesWork as a MuleSoft developer in addition to being client facing for any MuleSoft related questions Certifications:MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4)Preferred : MuleSoft Certified ArchitectWhat’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?Remote In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road!
