The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets. You will work closely with our clinical research team to identify key research questions, design studies, and analyze data to inform evidence-based decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets * Collaborate with clinical research team to identify key research questions, design studies, and analyze data to inform evidence-based decision-making * Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources * Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders * Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning modeling to identify trends and patterns in data * Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis and modeling processes * Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data infrastructure and architecture * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field * 2+ years of experience in data science, programming, and analytical techniques * Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch * Strong understanding of statistical testing and modeling techniques * Experience with data wrangling and preprocessing techniques * Strong communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field * 5+ years of experience in data science, programming, and analytical techniques * Experience with EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets * Familiarity with clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies * Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational insights * Familiarity with insights and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and innovative organization that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
