Escalate to Tech team when neededProvide platform training to customers and onboardings to prospectsTeach and Learn Ad Tech knowledge internally and externallyManage a diverse and complex scope of topics across multiple client engagements.Based on your industry knowledge, provide guidance on how to optimize their ad stack setup and generate more revenue.Work across the organization and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options.Stay on top of the industry trends to become an expert and participate in AdTech webinars/events.Who are we looking for?5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar position in ad tech industry.Good knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., browser dev console).Fluent in English Fluent in Italian Excellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering value to clients.Comfortable acting as a strategic partner, influencing both technical and business decisions.Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is eager to contribute to team success.Why should you apply?Fast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spiritKey moment to join Pubstack in terms of growth and opportunitiesOriginally posted on Himalayas
