About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring smooth execution of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners. Manage day-to-day client interactions , ensuring effective communication and expectation management. Lead discussions with client teams to gather business and functional requirements . Provide advisory support on digital transformation initiatives , ensuring alignment with business objectives . 2. Agile & Program Execution Support Attend and contribute to daily Scrum meetings , providing updates on blockers, technical challenges, and progress to the Digital Team . Maintain and update Program Timeline documents , ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables. Support the creation and management of Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) , tracking progress, risks, and key decision points. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracking, providing daily updates on bugs, defects, and enhancement requests (including issue count, status, and resolution tracking). 3. Strategic & Executive Reporting Assist in the preparation of materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings , ensuring executive leadership is informed on project status, risks, and next steps. Compile and synthesize data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. Ensure key project documentation and reports are kept up to date and shared with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in a consulting, business analysis, or technology advisory role (previous consulting experience preferred). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks . Familiarity with digital transformation, enterprise technology implementations, and IT strategy . Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools for tracking development progress and UAT. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements . Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive reporting and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
