Staff Attorney/Project Manager

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded West Coast based law firm in their search for a Staff Attorney/Project Manager to work on a fully remote basis within California. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California and located in California or Washington, D.C. and meet the following requirements: • At least five years of prior experience providing strategic design and management for discovery projects, including document collections, reviews and productions utilizing ESI for an AmLaw firm. • Significant technological acumen in all major industry tools and experience managing projects and leading teams of attorneys. • Advanced Relativity, legal technology and PC skills. Responsibilities • Select and implement strategy and design discovery solutions for firm matters. • Lead teams of reviewers, perform reviewer qc and other similar tasks attendant to document review. • Assist with the management of document reviewers, including training, tracking metrics and productivity. Track and report on costs and progress. • Work with clients, firm attorneys and the firm’s litigation support staff and/or eDiscovery vendors to help resolve any operational issues with the document collections, databases and review systems in use. All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
