Utilize strong background in finance to provide expert guidance and support to team members. Set clear goals and expectations for team members, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Identify and address any performance issues within the team, providing necessary support and resources for improvement. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and finding solutions to meet their objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide strategic recommendations to clients. Use problem-solving skills to handle complex and challenging client situations. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to maximize team productivity. Represent the Project Finance Agency department in meetings and presentations to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
