Responsibilities:
Ā Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
Ā Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed.
Ā Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection.
Ā Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies.
Ā Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Ā Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities.
Ā Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Experience working with children preferred.
Ā Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ā Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ā Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
