Description
TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a Project Control Analyst. The Project Control Analyst supports Program Managers (PMs) in the execution and oversight of Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and projects by providing analytical, operational, financial, and administrative support across the program lifecycle. This role is designed for a mid-level professional with DoD contracting experience who can operate across multiple programs, wear many hats, and help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in program execution across the company.As a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Project Control Analyst serves as a key enabler for PM effectiveness by supporting financial monitoring and forecasting, personnel onboarding and offboarding, management of travel from customer requirement through invoicing, reporting and deliverables, data management within enterprise systems, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers a defined growth path toward increasing responsibility and potential advancement into a Program Manager role. Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram & PM Support• Support Program Managers in the day-to-day execution of assigned contracts and projects.• Assist with program coordination activities, including schedule tracking, action item follow-up, and issue resolution.• Serve as a liaison between Program Managers, corporate support teams (Accounting, HR, Security), subcontractors, and government stakeholders as needed.Financial Monitoring & Analysis• Support PMs with project financial monitoring, tracking, and analysis within the company’s Accounting System of Record (Unanet).• Assist with forecasting activities, including ITD, ETC, and EAC analysis, under PM direction.• Monitor project funding status, burn rates, and funding risks; flag potential issues to PMs and leadership.• Support Finance in addressing invoicing questions or issues related to assigned programs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment between program execution and financial reporting.Systems, Tools & Data Management• Maintain and validate program and personnel data within Unanet, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.• Support data mining, report generation, and analysis from Unanet to support PM decision-making and leadership reporting.• Develop, refine, and maintain PM tools, dashboards, trackers, and templates (e.g., Excel-based models, SharePoint repositories, Jira dashboards).• Support configuration and use of program collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Personnel & Administrative Support• Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities for program personnel, working closely with HR, IT, and PMs.• Assist with travel requests, authorizations, and expense reporting in accordance with company and contract requirements.• Maintain program documentation, files, and records to support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.Contract Reporting & Deliverables• Support preparation and submission of contract deliverables and reports, such as Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and other contractual reporting requirements.• Assist PMs with gathering, validating, and formatting inputs for internal and external reporting.• Ensure deliverables are submitted accurately and on time in accordance with contract requirements.PMO & Continuous Improvement• Support standardization of processes, tools, and reporting across programs.• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and program execution consistency.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).Experience:• Experience supporting DoD contracts and programs required.• Demonstrated experience in program analysis, project support, financial tracking, or related roles in a government contracting environment.• Experience coordinating and tracking DoD programmatics such as parts, documentation, inventories, or procedures.Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance preferred.Technical Skills:• Working knowledge of Unanet strongly preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience building trackers, reports, and analytical tools.• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred.Core Competencies:• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple programs.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with PMs, corporate staff, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.Work EnvironmentThis is a remote position. Salary Description
$75,000 - $85,000/year
