 This role is part of the Learning and Organization Development team, and reports into the VP of L&OD for Dropbox.
 The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner and people manager with a strong track record of designing innovative learning programs.
 Experience with learning innovation through digital learning/AI is a must.
Requirements:
 15+ years of relevant experience
 Expertise in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development
 Expertise in learning design, adult learning methodologies
 Expertise in leadership development and learning technology (including application of AI/ML)
 Strong people management skills, managing a team in a remote/hybrid context
 Experienced facilitator
 Background / familiarity with analytics and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making
 Strong written and verbal communication
 BachelorÂs Degree
