We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of tax, accounting, and audit/assurance services to a diverse national client base. This is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned tax professionals who are eager to leverage their expertise in a dynamic remote work environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and conduct thorough reviews of various tax returns, including S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individual filings. • Address intricate tax matters, with a specific focus on real estate transactions, including 754 elections and 1031 exchanges. • Collaborate with clients spanning multiple industries, such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, service, and technology. • Play an integral role in the ongoing growth and prosperity of the firm. Required Skills • 10+ years of experience in public accounting. • Profound knowledge of tax principles with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively. • Proven experience working with clients generating revenues between (10 million and )100 million. • Strong technical capabilities, including managing an annual volume of 300-500 tax returns. • Active CPA or EA license. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive, results-oriented approach to work. Qualifications • Active CPA or EA license is required. • Extensive experience and expertise in tax preparation and compliance. • Strong background in navigating complex tax issues.
