Tax Associate - Fully Remote - 2+Yrs Paid Tax Experience Required

About the position Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, and managing inquiries related to the product and software. The position is fully remote, allowing for collaboration with a team from home or any office environment. Responsibilities • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation. • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. • Document interactions to maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. • Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. • Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
