As a customer advisor at our Customer Engagement Center, you will have daily (Dutch) conversations with private customers who have questions about VodafoneZiggo's services and products. Your goal? Having a good conversation, thinking along with the customer and convincing them with a suitable offer. Customers call themselves. In some cases, it will be the sale of a new product, in some cases a more advantageous or suitable contract. You may also be in contact with customers who have the intention to cancel their services. By actively listening, you look for commercial opportunities; a new product, a cheaper package or a better solution. You are: • Not afraid to start the conversation and ask open questions; • Empathetic with an eye for sales opportunities; • Handy with computers and you can work smoothly with multiple screens and systems.
