Tax Admin
Description
We are seeking a highly organized, diligent, and detail-organized Tax Admin to support the tax advisory and tax preparation departments of a fast-growing tax firm. The Tax Admin will provide administrative support and manage client relationships.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has tax planning and/or preparation experience, and is interested in contributing to a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to collect and organize all necessary documentation for tax planning and tax preparation purposes
• Create legal entities on behalf of clients
• Update CRM platforms with client specific notes
• Prepare T-formation charts and progress reports
• Coordinate with customer support team in auditing client Slack channels
• Support tax advisory pod by tracking calls and meetings
• Contribute to company Knowledge Base for client FAQS and company Best Practices
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, and/or financial advisory
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills with a strategic problem solving mindset
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and demanding work environment
