Overview As a Talent Partner at Dragonfly, you'll join a tight-knit, thoughtful, and collaborative team with extensive experience building successful start-bolthires from scratch, as well as leading recruiting orgs staffed with dozens of contributors at some of the world's best-known companies.Our mission is to be the center of gravity for talent in crypto. This requires a multipronged strategy, and you'll drive one of its key pillars: our candidate network, which is one of the most robust and vital in the space. This means scaling our sourcing and talent-matching engine across myriad geos, seniority levels, and company types. This is a rare opportunity to own a critical function within one of the very few crypto-native funds with diverse, global roots. You should be passionate about crypto and comfortable with a flexible, entrepreneurial work environment.Responsibliites • Own our talent network and associated efforts • Monitor and consistently improve our key metrics • Foster long-term relationships with candidates of various levels and profiles • Learn our portfolio, pitch candidates to companies (and vice versa), and skillfully connect talent to relevant opportunities • Manage an extensive database of candidates generated by way of referrals, inbound, and sourcing • As needed, produce candidate lists, dossiers, and/or research for important searches (including executive recruiting) • As needed, provide drop-in sourcing support for high-priority roles across the portfolio and internal hiring • Consistently update and improve current systems, processes, and data integrity Requirements • Three to five years of technical sourcing experience • Exceptional written, verbal, and research skills • Ability to find and engage various levels and profiles of talent • Track record of building long-term relationships with candidates, founders, hiring managers, and recruiters • Experience producing talent market maps, dossiers, and reports • Crypto & Fintech sourcing experience is a plus, but not required Benefits • Highly competitive salary and carry • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • We have a fully remote team with flexible hours, and we don't adjust pay for the bolthires of living; we pay you for the value of the work you produce • Annual phone plan reimbursement • Laptop and equipment provided • Flexible PTO: Take time when you need it (and we mean it) • Annual team and company off-sites • Ability to personally invest in our venture funds without fees Apply tot his job
