Good is not enough. We are seeking an OUTSTANDING Talent Partner to join our team in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our clients—successful, impact-driven tech startups.

• We’re scaling quickly and have more amazing clients than we can currently serve. In 2024, we hired A-Players for companies like ShapesXR, Geek Ventures, Techosystem, Jome!, Statusphere, and Poolday.
Your expertise will help us continue delivering exceptional results!

• Proven track record in the US and EU markets.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
• Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
• At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
• Flexibility to overlap with US time zones for 2–4 hours daily, up to as late as 7–8 PM CET.

• Plan and Strategize: Create tailored recruitment strategies with clear timelines and scorecards.
• Source and Assess Talent: Identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for client goals.
• Interview Candidates: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, mindset, and A-Player potential.
• Keep Clients Informed: Provide regular updates and maintain alignment throughout the process.
• Support Candidates: Guide them smoothly from first contact to onboarding.
