Your skills and experience You are passionate about sourcing and recruitment, finding and attracting the best talent.You have over a year of proven experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter, or in a similar role, successfully hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.You are an owner and don't wait to be told what to do. You are ready to raise your hand when no one does and turn a challenge into an opportunity.You continuously learn and develop yourself as well as share your knowledge with your peers and partners.You have a strong can-do attitude and inspire others to achieve greatness together.You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.
