THE ROLEAs a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support FARFETCH's Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring the right talent for the right roles across different business areas. This is a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and market insights while working in a global, and diverse environment. You will gain exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition and learn how to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout all stages of the hiring process, including interview scheduling and coordination with internal stakeholders and candidates.Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms for different roles, learning about market characteristics and talent pools.Participate in advertising open roles and developing other initiatives to ensure optimal external exposure and attract top talent.Update databases and internal tools to maintain accurate candidate records and data.Handle confidential candidate information in line with data protection and confidentiality policies.Perform reporting and administrative tasks as directed, adhering to internal processes and meeting established SLAs and deadlines.Participate in relevant training to further develop your understanding of Talent Acquisition and FARFETCH as a whole.Contribute to internal process improvement projects. WHO YOU ARE A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or another related field.Passionate about people and motivated to build a career in recruitment.A team player eager to learn, with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.Comfortable handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Ideally, you have some experience in Talent Acquisition.Available full-time.
