Position Details • Location: Remote • Flexible Engagement (Contract – Full-time or Part-time hours) Key Responsibilities • Participate in live global training calls with company leaders. • Drive lead generation through research and strategic advertising across social media platforms. • Conduct professional interviews with potential clients via phone or zoom and guide them through onboarding. • Provide training and support to new clients to ensure their success. • Actively engage in personal development, embodying the values of growth and success. • Work independently with accountability and initiative. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Confident using online tools and video conferencing platforms. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a solutions-focused mindset. • Leadership or sales/marketing experience highly regarded.
