About the position An organization is seeking a Systems Analyst (Telecommunications) to support and enhance enterprise telephony and call processing systems. This role involves operational support, vendor coordination, and participation in planning and migration initiatives for telephony platforms. Responsibilities • Provide support for incidents and service requests related to telephony services and call processing systems • Manage escalations and coordinate issue resolution with telephony vendors • Participate in planning meetings and gather information related to telephony initiatives • Advise on vendor contracts and telephony support agreements • Assist with planning, migration, and implementation of new telephony and call processing systems • Work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting classic on-premises PBX telephony systems • Minimum 5 years of experience managing work with third-party telephony support vendors • Minimum 5 years of experience gathering requirements for telephony-related projects • Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Candidate must reside in Minnesota • Availability to work primarily onsite as required Apply tot his job
