Akkodis is seeking a Systems Analyst – Master Data Management for a Contract with a client in St Quincy, MA. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, supporting data quality through SQL/PLSQL expertise, and collaborating with technical teams on various data initiatives. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, clarify, and structure requirements using both traditional and AI‑assisted techniques Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, data mappings, and workflow logic for MDM and related systems Use SQL/PLSQL to profile data, validate assumptions, investigate anomalies, and support data quality initiatives Apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis, generate documentation and test cases, summarize complex content, and support rapid prototyping Collaborate with MDM developers, architects, and data stewards to ensure alignment with enterprise standards Participate in system testing, data validation, and defect triage, including the use of AI‑assisted test generation Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or related technical roles Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data profiling, troubleshooting, and analysis Demonstrated ability to work with AI/LLM tools for requirements analysis, documentation, or prototyping Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short-term disability Additional voluntary benefits EAP program Commuter benefits 401K plan Paid Sick Leave Holiday pay Company Overview Akkodis Group Nordics, operates as a specialized tech cluster, combining expertise in Digital Engineering and Edge Technology.
