Systems Analyst III - Member Rewards and Incentives

Job Summary

The Systems Analyst III is responsible for leading research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements related to Member Rewards and Incentives, including possible interfaces, cross-team dependencies, and affected lines of business. This role is pivotal in enhancing member engagement through effective rewards programs by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and leverage modeling techniques to define system specifications for Member Rewards and Incentives programs.
• Create and manage features, user stories, and bugs using Azure DevOps (ADO) to support data engineering efforts.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and systems impacted by requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
• Manage incidents and operational processes related to existing Member Rewards and Incentives systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service.
• Oversee enhancements and modifications to existing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
• Participate in the implementation of new markets and projects related to Member Rewards and Incentives, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure successful launches.
• Perform root cause analysis and address vague problems requiring reasoning and analysis to enhance the effectiveness of Member Rewards and Incentives systems.
• Assist in planning activities and develop business case documents while maintaining documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and training materials related to Member Rewards programs.
• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including external vendors, and serve as a liaison between technical teams, users, and external partners involved in rewards programs.
• Address vague problems and issues requiring reasoning and analysis, updating work methods based on past experiences to identify solutions.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in requirements management is required.
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is required.
• Familiarity with rewards and incentive programs is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a liaison between technical teams, users, and external partners involved in rewards programs.
• Proficient in all areas of requirements elicitation (facilitation, process modeling, requirements documentation) and experienced in defining system specifications for Member Rewards and Incentives programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including performing root cause analysis and addressing complex issues to enhance the effectiveness of Member Rewards and Incentives systems.
• Experience in creating and managing features, user stories, and bugs using Azure DevOps (ADO) to support data engineering efforts.
• Flexibility and adaptability during organizational and business changes, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively while working both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of data delivery lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and waterfall, along with a thorough understanding of business analysis principles.

Licensure and Certification:
• Certifications around Agile or Business or System Analyst role are preferred.

Compensation Range:
$92,300.00 - $161,600.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
