The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, MySQL Server 2022, and other related systems. Build, manage and maintain the organization's Windows based infrastructure
Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems, including compliance with customer security requirements

Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's infrastructure
Participate in the planning and implementation of the organization's migration to a cloud-based infrastructure
Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issue, using problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration documents, and troubleshooting guides
Required Skills
Experience working in a systems administration role, with a focus on Windows-based infrastructure
Strong technical skills including:
Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
Knowledge of MySQL Server 2022
Familiarity with PowerShell and SQL Query language
Understanding of network fundamentals, database protocols, ports, patching, architecture, and devices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Familiarity with customer security requirements and compliance regulations
