System Operations Engineer
ATC is a company focused on supporting renewable energy and electric transmission systems. They are seeking a System Operations Engineer to provide technical engineering support services to ensure reliable electric transmission system operations, including the design, installation, and maintenance of EMS databases and displays. Responsibilities Provide a variety of technical engineering support services to ensure reliable electric transmission system operations Use your bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical degree in your day-to-day work which involves the design, installation, and maintenance of EMS databases and displays Research, develop, test, and implement enhancements and upgrades to EMS systems Provide technical support and training to operations personnel on EMS systems such as network security applications, training simulation, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and data archival and analysis Take part in an on-call rotation to support the bulk electric system Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical degree Experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of EMS databases and displays Ability to research, develop, test, and implement enhancements and upgrades to EMS systems Provide technical support and training to operations personnel on EMS systems such as network security applications, training simulation, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and data archival and analysis Participation in an on-call rotation to support the bulk electric system Benefits Annual incentive bonus Employer-sponsored pension plan 401(k) match HSA contribution Life & disability insurance Health care benefits Generous time off plans Flexible work arrangements Company Overview ATC is connecting you with a sustainable energy future.
